I designed this to honor Ed's iconic Love Kills Slowly motif, reworking it in solid sterling silver and surrounding it with pavé blood-red Rubies that glow like embers. I wanted this piece to feel like the tension between romance and danger, or love and passion, came alive through molten silver, morphed itself into a heart and skull and chose to live forever on your finger, with the burning flicker of the gemstones a faint reminder of love's mortality.
